Everything is New... Every Day

Picture
Well, 2020 just snuck up on me... or did it? Sometimes when things are fun, I find that time passes quickly because I am enjoying the moment so much... but recently I have been playing with a very different concept of time. I have tried to be very present and aware of time moving. Have you ever done this? If you have, you will start to notice how much time we actually have! I am able to savor the moments with my son, Tristan, as he has been toddling along to five months old already!!!! And Rhea, my dear wild little red-head filly, is going to be FOUR YEARS OLD in May! When did that happen?!?!?!

This year, I want to challenge you to be more present with yourself, with your family, and with your horses. Do you notice the little positive changes every day? Did you pause to capture the beauty of the sunset or stop to admire your horse as he/she has been coming to you in the pasture? Did you notice the sounds of the quiet munching when you fed in the evening?

Take stock this year - and notice the moments as they build up into an amazing 2020!
